Sarah Spindler

Assistant Instructor

Sarah Spindler

In the spring of 2025, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a minor in Pharmacology and Toxicology.

Throughout my undergraduate studies, I had the privilege of serving as a Learning Assistant for BS171: Cell and Molecular Biology Laboratory for four semesters. The experience was transformative- both personally and professionally. I discovered just how meaningful it is to support students as they grow in confidence, begin to think and communicate like scientists, and build a sense of community within BioSci. Now, I’m honored to return to BioSci in a new role as an Assistant Instructor for BS171. It’s incredibly rewarding to continue contributing to a course and community that so profoundly shaped my own academic journey.

Looking ahead, I aspire to attend medical school and ultimately practice as a physician, where I can combine my passion for science, education, and service.
